If you are looking for a used part and you cannot find in our site, please complete the request a part form and one of our representatives in the parts department will contact you immediately.

Shipping:

We ship daily via UPS, DHL, FEDEX or USPS. Tracking numbers will be available immediately you receive shipping notification. Automotive part that is still on the vehicle may take 1-5 business days to be pulled then shipped, possibly longer due to weekends, weather, or illness. If you need your item shipped overnight then you will have to pay for overnight shipping. Check with us for overnight shipment.

We also ship ocean freight every month to Africa.  If your items need to be shipped via ocean freight, please contact us immediately for arrangements.

Payment:

GUAP prefer PayPal as the primary form of payment. We also accept money orders and checks. Items paid for by checks will take longer to ship since we have to wait for the check to clear the bank. On local pick-ups, cash will be accepted.

Local pickups:

We accept local pick-ups on larger items. If you prefer to pick an item up locally, please pay for item through PayPal, minus shipping cost. Bring a print out showing payment with item number so we can easily track and find your item. You can give us a call while on your way so we can expedite your wait time. Shipping Rates:

Standard rates for the lower 48 states minus Alaska and Hawaii come on the listing, other rates such as Canada, Mexico, South America, Puerto Rico, or any other places out of the lower 48 us states can be shipped but will cost an additional fee, and packing fee. Our rates include boxes, tape, packing material, as well as shipping and handling fees. For other international shipping rates, please contact.

Tracking information:

Tracking info will be sent to the email that you have setup for your PayPal; UPS automatically sends that information after they pick up packages. If for some reason you have a spam filter or do not get an email please email parts@globalusedautoparts.com for a tracking number or call us at 817 719 1083 end_of_the_skype_highlightingas soon as you get a notification of your item being shipped.

Returns or Refunds:

We will replace an item with the same item. We test items to the best and we try our best to describe items as we see it. We take quality pictures of items to reflect the description. Our refund policy is all about replacements. We replace your item with the same item you purchased. If you feel that the item you are buying will get damaged from us to you then please insure it for an additional $10.00 to avoid such occurrences. It is worth paying than to get a damaged item replaced.
