3. Vendors must have a PayPal Account
4. Vendor is willing to split on the sales.

2. GUAP contacts vendor with required paper work
3. Vendor send in all required paper work
4. Vendor uploads inventory on our system
5. We do all the selling and marketing
6. We process all orders and customer service calls
7. We pay vendor immediately upon sale including shipping
8. Vendor ships to client immediately
